Do they have workman's comp
How long have they been around.
(before the hurricanes or did they just open to make
money on something they know nothing about)
How many times has the qualifier/owner
opened under a new name.
Ask for a copy of the structural drawing
when comparing price.
What are they giving you for that price, apples to oranges.
